5. Mohit purchased a smart phone for ₹30,000 from a mobile phone seller on his verbal commitment  that the smart phone will be replaced in case of any defect, within a spanof six months. The phone  started creating technical issues in spite of propermaintenance and upkeep of the phone. The seller denied  taking any action on the complaint made by Mohit. Name the redressal agency under the Consumer protection Act where Mohit can file his complaint.

7. In an organization, employees always feel that they are under enormous unnecessarystress, as the manager does not provide any information about future plans but simply instructs them what to do. 1. Appreciate any of the following miniature- painting included in your courseof study duly based on its

(a) Name of the painter/sub School,
(b) Medium & technique,
(c) Subject- matter and
(d) Composition:

(1) Kabir and Raidas (Mughal School)
(2) Chand Bibi Playing Polo (changan) (Deccan school)

2. Describe the main features of the Rajasthani or Pahari School of miniature painting.

3. Which human life- values and emotions are expressed in the painting 'Shiv and Sati' done by Nandala Bose of the Bengal school? Explain in short.

4. Evaluate the artistic achievements of any of the following contemporary (modern) Indian artists in your course of study:

(a) Kamlesh Dutt Pande (Painting)
(b) Jyoti Bhatt (Graphic- artist)
(c) Ram Kinkar Vaij (Sculptor)

5. Identify any one relevant painting of the Mughal or Decani School ofminiature painting included in your course of study, comprising of the following features and explain them in that painting accordingly:

(a) Live depiction of birds and animals in the Mughal miniature paintings.
(b) Delineation of Raga- Raginis in the Deccani miniature paintings.

6.    Mention the manes of any two sub- School of the Rajasthani School of miniature Painting and three of the  Pahari School of miniature painting including in your course of study.

(d)    Ms. Aditi, an editor in a leading newspaper has received an article on “Seven wonders of the world” in which she has to exchange the word “Taj Mehal” with the word “The Taj Mehal”.  Which tool she should use and how?  2
(e)    Define the term main document and data source with reference to mail merge option.

 (b)    Ms.  Shipra,  an  IT  professional  in  a Global  Educational  Institute has  created
following performance sheet in a spreadsheet application. Help her in writing functions to find out maximum marks, total, average and remarks.

What is a chart in any spreadsheet application? Discuss the importance of charts briefly. Mention the name of any four types of charts commonly used in any spreadsheet application.    4
4    (a)    Sanya is working on her social science project work. She  is facing following issues with the images used in the project:
•    One of the image is small in size and she want to enlarge the physical size of the image
•    She needs the mirror image of the photograph. Suggest the suitable tools for the same.    2
(b)    Sachin has to send his photograph to the passport office for the processing of his
passport  but  his  photograph  clicked  by  the  photographer  is  very  dark  due  to insufficient light. Which colour tool will he use to lighten the color pixel of the photograph.  Also write the steps for the same.    4

(b)    What is e-Publishing? How it differs from traditional publishing? Mention any
