Please read the following guidelines carefully and seek clarifications from the Head Examiner in case of any doubt to reduce subjectivity and bias. 2. Every care has been taken to prepare the Marking Scheme. However, it is important to keep in mind that, it is neither exhaustive nor exclusive. Full credit should be given to candidates who give relevant point other than the ones listed in the Marking Scheme as the answers to the questions. The examiners are requested to use their own knowledge and experience wherever necessary. 3. The Marking Scheme carries only suggested value points for an answer. These are only guidelines and do not constitute the complete answer. The students can have their own expression and if the expression is correct, the marks should be awarded accordingly. 4. The Head Examiners have to go through the first five answer-scripts evaluated by each evaluator to ensure that the evaluation has been carried out as per the instruction, given in the Marking Scheme. The remaining answer scripts meant for evaluation shall be given only after ensuring that there is no significant variation in the marking of individual evaluators. 5. Marking should be neither over-strict nor over-liberal. Marks should not be deducted for spelling errors, wrong proper names, minor inaccuracies or omission of details. No marks are deduced for overshooting word limit. 6. If a candidate answers both the options, both should be read and the better one evaluated. 7. Though break-up of value points is given in a number of answers, the examiner may be flexible in marking the different parts, if the answer reflects understanding of the scope of the question. 8. If a question has parts, please award marks in the right hand side for each part. Marks awarded for different parts of the question should then be totaled up and written in the left hand margin and circled. If a question does not have any parts, marks be awarded in the left hand margin and circled. 9. A full scale of marks 0-80 has to be used. Please do not hesitate to award full marks if the answer deserves it. 10. The candidates are now permitted to obtain photocopy of the answer book on request on payment of prescribed fee. All Examiners/ Head Examiners are once again reminded that they must ensure that evaluation is carried out strictly as per value points for each answer as given in the Marking Scheme. 11. The Examiners should acquaint themselves with the guidelines given in the Guidelines for Spot Evaluation before starting the actual evaluation. 12. Every Examiner should stay up to sufficient reasonable time normally 5-6 hours every day and evaluate 20-25 answer books and should devote minimum 15-20 minutes to evaluate each answer book. 13. Every Examiner should acquaint him/ herself with the marking schemes of all the sets. Click Here to Download Set-1Click Here to Download Set-2Click Here to Download Set-3CBSE Class-12 Exam 2018 : History (Hindi)सीनियर स्कूल सर्टीफिकेट परीक्षा मार्च - 2018 अंक योजना - इतिहास कोड संख्या 07 61/1 ,61/2,61/3 सामान्य निर्देश: 1. अंक योजना मूल्यांकन करने में व्यक्तिपरकता को कम करने हेतु सामान्य दिशा निर्देश प्रदान करती है । अंक योजना में दिए गए उत्तर सुझावात्मक और सांकेतक हैं। यदि परीक्षार्थी अंक योजना में दिए गए उत्तरों से भिन्न उत्तर लिखता है, परन्तु उपयुक्त उत्तर दिए हैं तो उसे पूर्ण अंक दिए जाएं। 2. अंक योजना में दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार ही मूल्यांकन किया जाय। मूल्यांकन कार्य अपनी निजी व्याख्या के अनुसार अथवा अन्य किसी सोच के आधार पर नहीं हो। अंक योजना यथावत पालन किया जाए और उसका उपयोग नियमित किया जाए। 3. यदि किसी प्रश्न के उपभाग हैं तो ऐसे प्रश्न के प्रत्येेक उपभाग के उत्तरों पर दाई ओर अंक दिए जाएं। बाद में उपभागों के अंको का योग वाई ओर हाशिए पर लिखकर उसे गोलाकृति किया जाए। 4. यदि प्रश्न का कोई उपभाग नहीं है तो उस पर बाई ओर ही अंक दिए जाएँ और उन्हें गोलाकृत किया जाए। 5. यदि किसी परीक्षार्थी ने किसी विकल्प प्रश्न का उत्तर लिख दिया है तो जिस प्रश्न में अधिक अंक मिले हैं, उसे रखा जाए और दूसरे को निरस्त किया जाए। 6. उन प्रश्नों के छोड़कर, जिनमें परीक्षार्थियों से ज्ञान-आधारित सूचनाओं की अपेक्षा है, अन्य प्रश्नों में परीक्षार्थियों के उत्तरों का मूल्यांकन करते समय उत्तर में परिलक्षित बोधात्मकता पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। बिना कोई व्याख्या केवल सूचीबद्ध बिन्दुओं को परीक्षार्थियों के ज्ञान का उपयुक्त संकेत न माना जाए। 7. बहुसंख्यक बिन्दुओं की अपेक्षा कम बिन्दु होते हुए भी यदि उनका अच्छी तरह से स्पष्टीकरण दिया गया है तो ऐसे उत्तरों के पक्ष में आंकलन किया जाए। 8. प्रत्येक प्रश्न के उत्तर के साथ संदर्भ हेतु निर्धारित पाठयपुस्तकों की पृष्ठ संख्या दी गई है, ताकि आवश्यकतानुसार परीक्षक इन पृष्ठों का अध्ययन कर, उत्तरों का तथ्यपरक मूल्याकंन कर सकें। 9. मूल्यांकन में सम्पूर्ण अंक पैमाने - 0 से 80 का प्रयोग अपेक्षित है। यदि परीक्षार्थी ने सही उत्तर दिया है तो उसे पूरे अंक देने में तनिक भी संकोच न करें। 10. अंक योजना में उत्तरों के लिए केवल सुझावात्मक मूल्य बिन्दु दिए गए हैं। ये दिशा निर्देश मात्र हैं।ये अपने में पूर्ण उत्तर नहीं हैं। विद्यार्थिये की अपनी-अपनी अभिव्यक्ति हो सकती है। यदि विद्यार्थियों की अभिव्यक्ति सही है तो तद्नुसार अंक देने है। 11. माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार परीक्षार्थी अपनी उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की छायाप्रति प्रार्थना पर निर्धारित शुल्क के भुगतान पर प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। सभी परीक्षकों/मुख्य परीक्षकों को एक बार पुनः ध्यान दिलाया जाता है कि वे सुनिश्चित करें कि मूल्यांकन करने समय प्रत्येक प्रश्न के उत्तर के लिए अंक योजना में दिए गए मूल्य बिन्दुआं का कड़ाई से परिपालन किया जाए। 12. सभी मुख्य परीक्षकों/परीक्षकों को निर्दिष्ट किया जाता है कि जब वे उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन कर रहे हों, यदि उत्तर को पूर्णतः गलत पाते हैं तो गलत उत्तर के लिए ;गद्ध अंकित करना चाहिए और अंक दिया जाना चाहिए। 13. परीक्षक वास्तविक मूल्यांकन से पूर्व 'स्थल मूल्यांकन' के लिए मार्ग दर्शन' मे दिए गए मार्ग दर्शनों की जानकारी प्राप्त कर लें। 14. प्रत्येक परीक्षक प्रतिदिन मूल्यांकन स्थल पर पर्याप्त समय जो सामान्यतः 6-7 घन्टे है तक कार्य करके उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन करें तथा प्रत्येक उत्तर पुस्तिका के मूल्यांकन के लिए 20-25 मिनट का समय लगाएं। 15. प्रत्येक परीक्षक प्रश्न पत्र के प्रत्येक सेट की अंक योजनाओं से स्वयं को अवगत कर लें। Click Here to Download Set-1 (HINDI)Click Here to Download Set-2 (HINDI)Click Here to Download Set-3 (HINDI)Courtesy: CBSE |
